Return / Refund Policy
Helmets and Safety Pads are always final sale for safety reasons.
You are welcomed to exchange an item or receive store credit within 30 days of purchase with an original or email receipt. You may also return items for a refund within 30 days with a receipt. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and have original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping on online orders. Sale items are not eligible for returns; any sale item sent back will incur a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Include a note with your order number and return and/or exchange information. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and have the original tags intact.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
